Deliveries & Returns


Orders over £100 excluding VAT will be delivered for free

Orders under £100 excluding VAT will incur a £9.00 delivery charge

95% of orders will be fulfilled within 2 working days. This excludes furniture which usually takes between 3 and 5 working days, but can take up to 3 weeks. If your item is out of stock, you will be informed via email by customer services

Deliveries will be fulfilled via courier on pre-5pm terms



Damaged, faulty or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will then investigate your claim and if confirmed, will issue a direct replacement, or if requested a full credit. Replacement delivery will take a further 2 working days. Failure to report damaged, faulty or missing items within 24 hours of delivery will invalidate your right for a replacement or credit.

Unwanted or wrong ordered items can be returned for a full credit within 21 days of placing the order, at the customers expense. You may still return unwanted or wrong ordered items after 21 days at your own expense, subject to approval, for a partial credit of 75% of the original item value. reserves the right to not accept returns older than 21 days.
